Piezoelectric transmission spectroelectrochemistry with a normal piezoelectric quartz crystal as an optically-transparent electrode

Piezoelectric transmission spectroelectrochemistry (PTSEC), i.e., the combination of electrochemistry and spectroelectrochemistry (SEC) with electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance (EQCM) technique is reported by using a normal piezoelectric quartz crystal (PQC) as an optically-transparent electrode (OTE). A theoretical relationship between the PQC response and the spectroelectrochemical response is derived and used to estimate the apparent molar absorptivity of the absorbing species deposited on the OTE on the PQC surface. The complex of copper with aspartic acid is used to test this new PQC-SEC technique. Results show that the combination of three such diverse techniques provides a very useful methodology for studying electrode processes and electrode surface characteristics in situ.     

2-十二烷基二硫代-4-苯基-1,3,4-噻二唑-5-硫酮的合成及其对铜的缓蚀性能

合成了2-十二烷基二硫代-4-苯基-1,3,4-噻二唑-5-硫酮(DPTT),用元素分析、IR1、H NMR等技术对化合物进行了结构表征.采用动态旋转挂片法考察了DPTT和苯并三唑(BTA)复配时对铜的缓蚀作用.结果表明,单一DPTT在浓度为3.0 mg/L时缓蚀效果最佳;DPTT与BTA复配使用时显示出较好的协同效应,1.0 mg/L DPTT和1.0 mg/L BTA复配时缓蚀效果最好.     

MATLAB在化学计量学中的应用

化学计量学是数学和统计学，化学及计算机科学相互交叉形成的一门新的化学分支学科，是解决化学问题的强有力工具，目前运用于化学计量学的商品软件有MATLAB、Maple,MathCAD,EXCEL,SPSS等。MATLAB是一种高性能的数值计算的科学计算语言，具有程序开发环境简洁直观，数值稳定性好，函数资源丰富的特点，本文以几种常用的化学计量学方法为例，讨论了MATLAB在化学中的应用。     

聚己内酯－聚乙二醇嵌段共聚物Ⅱ．组成、结晶性同降解性间关系

采用ＤＣＳ法测定了新嵌段共聚物聚己内酯－聚乙二醇嵌段共聚物的结晶性，研究了共聚物的结晶性同组成及降解性的关系。结果表明随着共聚物中ＰＥＧ组分的含量和分子量增加，共聚物的结晶性下降，亲水性提高，降解速度加快。

溴化二水二(皮考林酰胺)合钴配合物的合成及晶体结构

用皮考林酰胺、六水合硝酸钴和苄基溴反应制得一种新配合物[(C6H6N2O)2Co(H2O)2].B r2,通过红外光谱、元素分析及X射线晶体衍射对化合物进行了表征.结构分析结果表明,配合物属单斜晶系,P2(1)/n空间群,晶胞参数为:a=0.647 61(5)nm,b=1.026 43(9)nm,c=1.264 14(11)nm,β=93.823 0(10),°V=0.838 44(12)nm3,Z=4,Dc=1.977 g/cm3,μ=5.812 mm-1,F(000)=490,R1=0.071 0,wR2=0.251 6.配合物中,Co(Ⅱ)离子为六配位的八面体构型;相邻单元间通过N—H…B r和O—H…B r氢键相互连结而形成三维网状结构.     

合成天然产物曲古抑菌素A的新方法

报道了一条组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂曲古抑菌素A的有效合成路线. 通过L-脯氨酸催化对硝基苯甲醛与丙醛的羟醛缩合反应, 高立体选择性地构建了目标分子的手性中心, 羟醛缩合产物的ee值大于99%, anti∶syn＝16∶1. 随后的合成过程中无消旋化现象, 合成的曲古抑菌素A是单一R型异构体, ee值大于99%.     

双核三螺旋铁配合物的合成和结构

本文选择了2-羟基-1-萘醛与水合肼形成的席夫碱,[(HO)(C₁₀H₆)CH=N-N=CH(C₁₀H₆)(OH)],作为配体,设计组装了双核三螺旋的三价铁配合物。配合物中每一个铁离子以准八面体的配位方式分别与三个NO双齿单元配位, 三个配体分别桥联两个金属形成特定的三螺旋构型。分子内和分子间的π-π堆积作用对螺旋体的形成和堆积方式起着十分重要的作用。作为对照,本文还报道了配体的晶体结构。

Phase Transfer Catalyzed Synthesis under Ultrasonic Irradiation and Bioactivity of N''''-(4,6-Disubstituted-pyrimidin-2-yl)-N-(5-aryl-2-furoyl) Thiourea Derivatives

Acylthiourea derivatives are useful as pesticides, herbicides, fungicides and regulator for plant growth, and also as important intermediates in the organic synthesis. In recent years, phase transfer catalysis reaction technique has been widely recognized as an efficient synthetic tool and attracted much attention. In view of these observations, a series of 5-aryl-2-furoyl thioureas containing substituted pyrimidine ring were synthesized using PEG-400 as solid-liquid phase transfer catalyst under ultrasonic irradiation. All of the new compounds have been exactly determined by IR, 1H NMRand elemental analysis.
